Returns

You may initiate a return request through our website at www.itkori.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label

  • Return shipment instructions

  • Pickup details and time slot information

Our delivery partner will arrange pickup according to the schedule mentioned in the return shipment instructions.

Failed Pickup

In cases where pickup fails due to customer unavailability or unsuccessful collection attempts, a fee of AED 100 may be charged. This amount covers shipping, handling, and restocking costs and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be in unused and original condition

  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging

  • Be free from alterations, damage, stains, or wear

Please note that items returned in an unsellable, damaged, or altered condition may not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note:

  • Returns shipped through customer-selected courier services may require an additional up to 14 business days for processing.

  • Any returns sent using a courier service other than the ITKORI return portal are sent at the customer’s own risk.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Promotional or clearance products

Exchanges

We offer a simple size exchange process through our website.

To request a size exchange:

  1. Submit an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Select the item(s) you wish to exchange

  3. Choose your preferred replacement size

Your replacement item will be processed as a new order, while the original item must be returned following the return instructions provided.
